At Mac and PC Repair Depot, we recognise the importance of protecting your personal data. We want every customer to be safe and secure, whether it be online or in-person.

What we collect

Information that may be used to identify an individual is considered personal information. We could gather personal information such as: your contact information such as name, postal address, phone number, and email address; your personal preferences such as language preferences, product wish lists, and marketing consent, your transaction details, such as the items purchased, the payment method, the amount paid, your signature, and the credit or debit card number.

How we use the information collected from you

In-Store and Online Purchases

You may be required to give us contact and payment information (such as credit card information) when you buy something from Mac and PC Repair Depot so that we can process your order, execute your transaction, and get in touch with you about your purchase.

In order to provide some services, such as delivery services, reserve and pick-up, product servicing, in-home consultations or installations, and extended warranty coverage, we might also have to collect contact information.

Your email address will be collected if you give it to us so that we can send you an electronic receipt.

Additionally, we could send you promotional contents to your contact information.

Customer Reviews

You have the choice to express your thoughts on a product by using the Customer Review feature, which is provided as a rating system. Please use caution while posting material to these reviews and do not disclose personal information as they are visible to all website visitors.

Returns and Exchanges


Mac and PC Repair Depot has an exchange policy because we want to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. We need personal information like your name, address, and phone number in order to detect and prevent fraud so that Mac and PC Repair Depot can continue to offer our Return Policy. A picture ID may also be required of you, but only for verification reasons.

Data Policy

Mac & PC will not be responsible for recovering any lost data in the case of loss of any personal data or records when such loss is caused by the repairer’s accidental act, omission, or negligence. You must make sure that every piece of data is backed up and retrievable from a separate device. Mac & PC will use its best efforts to ensure that no activities made by the repairer may harm or create vulnerabilities in the data bases, systems, platforms, and/or applications at which the employee is working under this agreement.
